The Hasya Kavi Sammelan with Sandeep Gumatir and Jagbir Rathi was a highlight of the Rajbhasha Puraskar Vitran Samaroh hosted by the Bhakra Beas Management Board. Held on September 29, 2022, the poetic evening at the NITTTR Auditorium in Sector-26, Chandigarh, brought together literary stars like Mumtaz Naseem and Chirag Jain. The audience enjoyed a Bhavya session of laughter and poetry, presided over by Chairman Shri Sanjay Shrivastava.

Special guest Shri Gopal Krishna Pareliya from the Ministry of Power was also in attendance at this Hasya Kavi Sammelan. The organizers ensured a seamless experience for all invitees, with coordination led by officials such as Shri Sunil Negi and Shri Subhash. This gathering celebrated both the Hindi language and the tradition of Hasya poetry in the heart of Chandigarh.
