A grand Ashok Sahil and Chirag Jain Kavi Sammelan and Mushaira was held in Delhi to celebrate national unity. The event, titled Qaumi Ekta Mushaira evam Kavi Sammelan, was organized by the Government of Delhi at the Old Seemapuri Chowk venue near E.D.M.C. Community Bhavan. Prominent literary figures like Ashok Sahil and Chirag Jain shared the stage with other masters of the craft to create a memorable literary evening.

The program commenced at 5:00 PM and saw the presence of Smt. Atishi and Shri Dilip Pandey as guests of honor. The organizing team was led by Ram Niwas Goel and S.M. Ali, Secretary of the Urdu Academy, Delhi. Participating poets included Manzar Bhopali, Tahir Faraz, Popular Meeruthi, Iqbal Ashhar, Hasan Kazmi, Praveen Shukla, Waris Warsi, Naseem Noori, Shahnaz Hindustani, Heena Taimuri, and Manisha Shukla. Under the Sanchalan of Moin Shadab, the event highlighted the rich cultural tapestry of the National Capital Territory.
