On October 5, 2021, the Hasya Kavi Sammelan Vipin Malihabadi was held within the historic Tihar Jail. Organized by the Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Utthan Parishad, this Samaroh featured an array of renowned literary figures. The stage was graced by the sharp wit of Vipin Malihabadi and the soulful Shringar poetry of Namita Naman, creating a memorable atmosphere for all present.

The lineup included diverse poetic voices such as Mahendra Sharma (Hasya Vyangya), Manisha Shukla (Geet/Ghazal), and the poetic contributions of Sumit Dilkash, Vineet Pandey, and Shweta Srivastava. Neer Gorakhpuri took charge of the Sanchalan, ensuring the flow of the event as the Sanyojak.
