To celebrate the excellence of the Hindi language in the digital age, the Hindi Academy is hosting a grand Bhashadoot Samman ceremony during the Hindi Diwas Samaroh in New Delhi. Scheduled for Wednesday, 14 September 2016, at the Hindi Bhavan Auditorium, the event will recognize scholars like Prof. Ashok Chakradhar and Shri Shailesh Bharatwasi for their contributions to Hindi literature on social media and modern platforms. The Samaroh also includes a seminar on the topic “Hindi in Digital Media.” Other esteemed awardees include Shri Aditya Chaudhary, Shri Balendu Dadhich, Shri Bharat Tiwari, Shri Chirag Jain, Prof. Ian Woolford, and Shri Lalit Kumar. The event is coordinated by Dr. Jeetram Bhatt, Secretary of the Academy.
