A grand Hasya Kavi Sammelan was recently conducted at the Rail Adhikari Club on S.P. Marg, New Delhi, under the auspices of the Northern Railway’s Rajbhasha Vibhag. The Samaroh featured renowned poets Shri Mahesh Garg ‘Bedhadak’ and Shri Surendra Sharma, who captivated the audience with their wit and literary prowess. Shri Ashutosh Gangal, General Manager (Northern Railway), attended as the Chief Guest for the evening.

The poetic session also included a performance by Shri Chirag Jain, making it a memorable night of Hindi literature and satire. Organized on October 23, 2021, the event was spearheaded by Dr. Satyendra Narayan Pandey, Chief Official Language Officer, and Dr. Roshni Khubchandani, Deputy General Manager (Rajbhasha). Following the Hasya Kavi Sammelan, guests were invited to a special Ratri Bhoj (dinner) to conclude the festivities.
