A grand literary gathering titled Maithili Sharan Gupt Smriti Vyakhyan evam Rachnapath is scheduled to be held at the Varishtha Nagarik Sanstha Bhavan, near Malhar Sanskriti Garden in Dewas. Organized by the Culture Department of the Madhya Pradesh Government, this event commemorates the life and works of Maithili Sharan Gupt.

The invited poets for the Rachnapath include Rajendra Vishwakarma, Manisha Vyas, Suresh Sannata, and Hari Singh Patang among others. Shri Jaishankar Sharma will deliver a keynote Vyakhyan during the ceremony. The event, scheduled for February 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM, serves as a significant cultural milestone for the city of Dewas, bringing together regional literary voices under the guidance of Director Dr. Vikas Dave.
