BHADOHI: The local cultural landscape witnessed an extraordinary evening of literary excellence with the grand staging of the Bhadohi Mahotsav Kavi Sammelan in Bhadohi. Held on the evening of 16 May from 7:30 PM onwards, the grand Samaroh became a roaring success, blending deep emotions with sharp, contemporary Hasya elements. An elite gathering of India’s finest contemporary poets graced the stage as Aamantrit Kavigan. Among the major highlights were the brilliant performances by Shri Mahesh Dubey and Shri Sudeep Bhola, whose gripping verses captured the audience’s imagination. The star-studded panel also featured renowned stalwarts Dr. Anjum Rahbar, Shri Arun Gemini, Shri Mehshar Afridi, Shri Hemant Pandey, and the melodious SuShri Shraddha Shaurya. The smooth organization and smooth flow of this national-level literary congregation were masterfully directed by the Sanyojak of the program, Prabuddha Saurabh. Thousands of poetry lovers gathered to witness this mega cultural presentation, which unfolded seamlessly at the landmark Abhayanpur Maidan, Bhadohi, further strengthening the city’s rich heritage of art and literature.
